Everything we do is sacred ...

Thanks in part to a recent visit from two of my favorite teachers, I have been thinking lately about the ideas of Wholeness and Completeness as being analogous to the concepts of Freedom and Enlightenment.

With this particular perspective in mind, I am now looking at En-lightenment as a process of completing our personal Karma, AKA - the work that we came here to do, or what Rumi calls "The one thing." In this model, as my yoga teacher puts it, the people in our lives are simply the "bringers o… Continue

I am full from the scores of medicine bone stories you bore and shared, they are so deeply received. I am so curious about a great many of the threads from the woven life cycle tales, what was the dream you and Laura shared, after lighting the gifted incense stick on the night of your wedding?
God is love, what a glorious mantra, the story of your young one sitting in the backseat as you relayed your buddah dream, casually noting that buddah nature resides in the entirety of humanity. May those who do the unsung work be seen and celebrated, may the glory of this famiglia inform your soup makery from the bones and brew "A soup so thick you could shake its hand and stroll with it before dinner."(Robert Crawford).

Thank you so much for the depth and breadth of your words, I resonate with all you say.
I have spent the five years before moving to Port Townsend in March in the Findhorn Community in Scotland. There I became increasingly involved with Men's work and holding space for younger men, bringing my own experience and learning, as I navigate a path out of my own dark places.
The greatest gift I received from my Vision Quest is that the voice that was for ever saying I am not ready is silent, so while acknowledging that I have much to learn, I do feel the time is right to engage from my heart.
Thank you again for the advice and links, I will check them out, and hope to see you on Saturday at OMC,
blessings, Andrew

Scott, yes, that was my space... I am in the process of moving as we speak... I was there for almost ten years... If you can not get through to Ben, I will be happy to roust him!!! Is it true that the Hood Canal Bridge is going to be down for a while??? That will make the PT trip a bit of a drive... We should get together soon!!

Blessings,

Randy
